Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Engineer to join our Development team. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data architecture and infrastructure. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth flow of data within our systems and support the organization in making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
2. Design and implement data models to support business requirements and analytics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
4. Optimize data infrastructure for performance and scalability.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive business decisions.
6. Work on data migration projects and ensure data integrity and security.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering.

Desired Skills:
1. Proficiency in MySQL, SQL, and Python for Data Analysis.
2. Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms for data storage and processing.
3. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
4. Ability to conduct data analysis using tools and techniques like SQL queries and statistical analysis.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., BE, MCA, BTech, BCA).
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., ME, B.Sc., M.Sc., MTech) in computers.
